Making A Purchase
Making a purchase from our site is straightforward. Just browse our store, and click on the "add to basket" button below the desired product for any items that you wish to purchase, the software will then ask you to confirm a quantityt for the product your wish to order and place them into the virtual shopping basket for you.
After you have finished shopping click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details concerning shipping address and delivery type that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept secure credit card payment. At present we are unable to accept payment from outside UK. We do not charge your card for any item until it is ready to ship. All of our products are delivered by courier between 9:00am and 5:30pm to an address of your choice. We ensure that you receive your goods as quickly as possible and at a reasonable cost. Please ensure someone is available to sign for the goods as they cannot be left without an authorised signature.
Our standard delivery time is 3-5 working days dependent on stock availability. Please note that next day delivery can only be guaranteed if orders are received before 12.00 pm. All orders received after this time will be processed immediately (subject to availability) but no guarantee can be given of next day delivery. Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address as all deliveries must be signed for.
In the event that you chosen product is out of stock you will be notified immediately. You may cancel your order at this point or we can place you chosen product on back-order for delivery in the future.

Returns Policy

As a consumer, you have a statutory right to cancel the contract at any time until seven working days after the day following delivery. You must however understand that this statutory right of cancellation does not apply to orders which are made to measure or cut to your requirements. This right is also subject to our following Returns Procedure:
The product must be in new, unused, in its original packaging and in a resellable condition.
You must inform us of the cancellation within the relevant time scale by emailing us at shop@withknobson.com then we shall inform you of a return reference number and the location to where the goods should be returned.
It is your responsibility to return the cancelled order with its original packing to the location as directed by us. Should this not be convenient for you, you may request us to collect the goods and we are entitled to charge for the collection service.
We shall make a full refund for any goods returned under this term within a reasonable time, using the same method of payment as your purchase with a deduction of collection charges, if any.
Other cancellations outside the above statutory right of cancellation are subject to

(2) our acceptance and
(3) a re-stocking charge of 35% of the price.
