Questions About Our Cabinets
Q: What colour are the cabinets?
A: We generally manufacturer your units in a coordinating colour or wood grain using a reference provided by the door manufaturers. You can of course have cabinets made in any colour you wish from the available colour swatch.
Q: What are the cabinets made from?
A: Our cabinets are manufactured using high quality 18mm coordinating Egger or Kronospan MFC board.
Q: Are the cabinets rigid built?
A: Yes, all of our cabinets are rigid built and delivered to you fully assembled with carcass support legs, drawer boxes and hinges plates factory fitted.
Q: Do you provide flat pack?
A: No, at present we do not provide a flat pack service.
Q: Do you supply hinges?
A: Yes, we provide the main components required to fit our units. We do not supply sundries like wood screws etc.
Q: Can I buy cabinets only?
A: Yes, you may buy cabinets only.
Questions About Our Doors
Q: Are the doors pre-drilled?
A: No, the doors are delivered direct from the distributor and are not pre drilled. Drilling doors for hinges is a straightforward task and is well within the ability of experienced fitters or competent DIY'ers.
Q: Can you make doors any shape any size?
No, the doors we provide are manufactured in standard sizes we do not provide a made to measure door service.
Q: Can I buy doors only?
A: Yes, you may buy doors only.
Q: What are your doors made from?
A: Doors are generally of timber, foil, vinyl or laminate construction. Please refer to the kitchen doors section for further information on construction types.
Questions About The Delivery Process
Q: Do you deliver to UK Islands?
A: No, unfortunately we can only deliver to the UK mainland at present.
Q: Will you leave goods without a signature?
A: No, all deliveries are via national carriers and require a signature from an authorised recipient aged 18 or over.
Q: Can you leave goods with my neighbour.
A: Our policy is to leave a card if customers are not present at the delivery address. Goods will not be left with neighbours.
Q: Can you give a precise time for deliveries?
A: Precise delivery times can be given for kitchen cabinets only, as they are delivered by a specialist carrier. All other components are delivered via a national carrier on a standard 3-5 working day service. It is not possible to provide a speicifc time for delivery of these items.
Q: Can you provide next day delivery service?
A: Yes, (stock items only) provided orders are placed with our distributor before noon we can deliver between 9.00 and 5.30 the next day.
Q: Can you guarantee you'll deliver when you say?
A: We endeavour to deliver all orders within the specified time frame and 98% of all orders are delivered on time. Sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances carriers can fail to deliver goods on the nominated day. If this situation does occur we will notify you immediately we receive notification that delivery is likely to run late. Please note we do not advise you to arrange tradesmen to carry our works until you are in receipt of your goods and we will not be liable for costs incurred as a result of non delivery. Our Returns and Cancellation Procedure
Q: If I don't want to proceed with my cabinet order can I cancel it?
A: You may cancel your cabinet order if you notify us by telephone or fax within 24 hours and will incur an administration cost of 20% or £25.00 whichever is the greatest. Please be aware if you wish to cancel your order after this period you will be invoiced for the full order value.
Q: Can I return unwanted goods?
A: Goods (except cabinets) may be returned for a full refund (less delivery costs) if done so in accordance with our returns procedure outlined in our Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Q: I don't want my goods can I refuse them on delivery?
A: It is not advisable to refuse goods on delivery. This does not constitute a cancellation of your order and contravenes the Terms and Conditions of Sales you have to agree to in order to purchase from our store. Refusing goods on delivery may result in goods being lost in transit as no authorised paperwork is in place for the safe return of unwanted items and we are not obliged to make a refund for an order refused in this manner.
